DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN GENERAL RESPONSIBLE CHARGE 

We serve as Architect of Record and Design Professional in General Responsible Charge for projects in California under the jurisdiction of the Division of State Architect (DSA) and have completed over 300 projects as Architect of Record.

STRUCTURAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

MMPV Design works closely with a number of established structural and electrical engineering firms and can help bring additional team members to the table for your project, whatever the need may be.

SITE FEASIBILITY STUDIES 

Our team will identify site constraints and help you optimize your projects in response to local and state building code, site surveys, ADA requirements and fire, life and safety requirements.  

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT 

Design development is the MMPV Design’s method of building a reliable plan set, starting with an initial project layout from the client.  Ours is a collaborative process, in which we work with our clients’ requirements and incorporate the feedback from other disciplines such as structural engineers, electrical engineers, geotechnical engineers and surveyors so that the entire design-build team is aligned on final system size, modules, location, array dimensions and other constraints.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

Our team produces and incorporates all project drawings and information into final plan sets for submission to permitting authorities and provide responses to AHJ comments.  We have experience with state, county and local aUTHORITIES HAVING JURISDICTION.

DESIGN PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project Management is inherently part of our services. We build and manage schedules for every project in order to meet construction start date deadlines. We oversee meeting coordination among the design and construction teams.

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

Once a project enters construction, we provide oversight and administration until the project reaches commercial operation.  Our team reviews submittal and responds to RFIs and works closely with all stakeholders, including field installation teams to ensure that unforeseen events are managed immediately, and projects are completed without delay.

A picture is worth a thousand words.  Project renderings help decision makers understand what they are buying and get projects across the starting line by informing institutional stakeholders.
